Mindful steps to keep your vintage piece beautiful
Keep it dry
Water is not your watch’s bestie. Even if it’s labeled water-resistant, the seals may have aged. Avoid splashes and rain.
Change batteries on time
If your quartz watch stops, replace the battery promptly. Leaving a dead battery inside can cause leakage and damage the movement.
Wind it gently
Manual winding: Wind once a day until you feel light resistance. Don’t force it.
Automatics: Regular wear keeps it powered, or give it a few winds if it’s been resting.
Quartz? No winding needed, just keep an eye on the battery!
Clean with care
Wipe your watch with a microfibre cloth to remove oils and dust. No soaking, scrubbing, or harsh chemicals!
Store it right
When not in use, rest your watch flat in a cool, dry spot. A watch box or soft pouch helps protect it from dust, sunlight, and scratches.
Sleep without it
Take your watch off before bed to avoid overnight knocks, pressure, or wear on the strap.
